Eco-Friendly Water Bottle Cleaning Guide
1. Daily Green Wash
Add a few drops of plant-based, eco-friendly dish soap into warm water and gently scrub all inside areas with a soft bottle brush. Simply washing your bottle daily is enough to prevent most buildup and bacteria.
2. Weekly Natural Deep Clean (Baking Soda & Vinegar)
If you are worried about stubborn odors or faint stains, try using these natural ingredients:
- Fill the bottle halfway with warm water, add 2 tablespoons of baking soda, and then pour in 1/4 cup of white vinegar.
- The natural fizzing bubbles will effectively break down and lift away stubborn grime from the inside. Let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.
3. No Brush? Try a 'Raw Rice Scrub'
If you don't have a dedicated bottle brush, add warm soapy water and a handful of uncooked rice into the bottle, then shake it vigorously. The rice grains create friction, acting as an excellent natural scrubber to clean the inside walls safely.
