How to clean your water bottle
1. The Baking Soda Method
Add less than 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda to 1 liter of clean drinking water. Stir well until dissolved. Note: those on a low-sodium diet should reduce the amount.
2. Refreshing Lemon Water
Squeeze 1/4 of a fresh lemon into a glass of water, or float a few lemon slices in your bottle. Provides Vitamin C and a natural detox effect.
3. Cucumber Mineral Infusion
Add 4–5 thin slices of fresh cucumber to 1 liter of water. Steep in the refrigerator overnight (6–8 hours). Try adding mint leaves for a spa water effect.
